Our programs are engineered to the needs of our clients and measurable over the course of the engagement. In other words, we build a program for each client that is based on their actual goals, so it’s meausurable. Then we charge a set fee and spread it out like a monthly retainer to make it affordable. We tend to bundle our deliverables into solution sets because it helps our clients stay focused on their actual goals. But we never focus on the deliverables because we’re not actually selling press releases and media alerts, we’re selling a service designed to get our clients to their goals.

This is a departure from the way Mar/Comm firms have traditionally operated. Instead of welding a big vacuum hose to the side of your company and using it suck revenue out every month, we make sure our clients have realistic short- and medium-term goals and then create 6- or 12-month programs to get them there. Then, instead of having an account rep troll your halls in an endless search for additional deliverable work fees, we cap our fees by engagement (except for certain expenses) and then spread out to make it manageable for our clients. In this way, companies of any size can benefit from our services. Our programs are always flexible because we don’t know what opportunities will spring up during our engagement. We just know we have to capitalize on enough of them to meet our clients’ goals before the engagement ends.

Mission Clarification: We help companies expore the competitive landscape in search of defensible positioning and then help them create and disseminate stories that illustrate why they are the leader in that space.

Brand Positioning: Similar to mission clarification but provided for individual company products or services. When applied to company executives or spokespeople, we call it Expert Creation.

Expert Creation: Companies with charismatic leaders tend to perform better than those that are run by an anonymous Board. We create and disseminate the stories that build the image of those experts.

New Market Development: We research new market opportunities and then provide the content required to create a credible presence in the new space.

Online Diplomacy: We create an online presence for the company, complete with blog support and then teach our client how to listen in to conversations about them on the Web and influence the stories that are being told there.

Public Speaking: Whether it be for corporate training, conference support or event facilitation, we are comfortable taking the stage.
